At Vertu Living, we are committed to delivering premium furniture with clarity, reliability, and care. Our shipping and delivery policy is designed to ensure transparency and provide a seamless experience while maintaining the highest standards for our customers.

Shipping Times

The “ships in” time displayed on the cart page reflects when we expect your order to leave our warehouse. To simplify your experience, all items in your order will ship together.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Final delivery typically occurs within 2-7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
  • For rural or remote areas, delivery may require an additional 2-3 business days.

In rare circumstances—such as extreme weather conditions, political disruptions, or unforeseen events—delivery times may be delayed. If this occurs, our team will proactively notify you and keep you updated on your order status.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.

  • Unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays, may impact estimated delivery dates.

Delivery Methods

FedEx Delivery
Smaller items, such as lighting and chairs, will be delivered via FedEx. This reliable service operates seven days a week for residential addresses and Monday through Saturday for non-residential addresses. If no signature is required, packages will be left at your doorstep if you are unavailable at the time of delivery.

Threshold Delivery
Larger furniture items, including sofas, dining tables, and lounge chairs, will be delivered via threshold delivery service. This means your order will be brought to the first secure and dry area on your property (e.g., a porch or garage). Delivery will be scheduled for a convenient time.

White Glove Delivery
For a premium experience, we offer white glove delivery in select locations. This service includes:

  • Delivery of furniture inside your home.
  • Unpacking and assembly (if applicable).
  • Removal of all packaging materials.

If white glove delivery is available in your area, this option will be displayed at checkout.

Missed Deliveries

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you miss your delivery, here’s how we handle it:

FedEx Deliveries: 

If a package does not require a signature, it will be left at your doorstep. If a signature is required and you are unavailable, FedEx will attempt delivery again on the next business day.

Threshold & White Glove Deliveries:

  • You are entitled to one free reschedule if you miss the agreed delivery window.
  • A $100 fee will apply for any additional missed delivery attempts to cover rescheduling costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

At Vertu Living, we take quality and customer satisfaction seriously. If you encounter any issues with your order, we are here to help.

Upon Delivery:

  • Inspect your items carefully upon arrival.
  • If the packaging appears damaged, you may refuse the delivery and note it as “damaged” on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
  • If there is minor packaging damage, you can accept the delivery but ensure that the damage is documented on the carrier’s delivery report.

After Unpacking:
If you discover damage, defects, or missing parts after unpacking, please contact us within 30 days of shipment:

  • Email us at support@vertuliving.com.
  • Include your order number, along with photos or videos of the damage to help us process your claim quickly.

Resolution:

  • Vertu Living will arrange for a replacement item or replacement parts at no additional cost.
  • Replacement shipments typically occur within 5-7 business days after the issue has been verified.

Please note: Damaged or defective items are only eligible for replacement of the same product (including the same color, style, and finish). Refunds or exchanges for a different product are not available for damaged items.
